Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Assist with pharmacy operations and prescription fulfillment, following standard procedures and patient-safety requirements.
• Support patient care through service, counseling and prescription clarification under pharmacist supervision, and provide additional services such as immunizations where permitted and trained.
• Complete the post-graduate training roadmap and, as readiness increases, help support pharmacy operations, inventory, and team development.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and meet regular, predictable attendance expectations, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification potential, flexibility to work across market locations, or proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; base salary status not stated)
