Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist with counseling, prescription questions, immunizations, and other patient health services where permitted by law and training.
• Complete a post-graduate training roadmap and support pharmacy operations, including inventory and team communication.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the CVS Health Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Ability to become immunization certified; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$25.25 - $42.00 (base salary; currency not stated)
