Supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing a training program to prepare for pharmacist responsibilities.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
- Support patient counseling, prescription clarification, immunizations, and other health services under applicable supervision and regulations.
- Complete the training roadmap and assist with pharmacy operations, inventory, compliance, and team development.

- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.

- Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
- Immunization certification, ability to work across market locations, or proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
