A Graduate Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school training in a retail pharmacy while preparing for pharmacist licensure and taking on increasing responsibility for patient care and pharmacy operations.
What you'll do
- Support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and pharmacy workflow; provide caring patient service and assist with patient questions under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision.
- Complete the post-graduate training roadmap and develop skills in patient safety, quality assurance, drug utilization review, and pharmacy operations.
- As permitted by law and training, support immunizations and other patient health services, inventory, and pharmacy-team coaching.
