Supports retail pharmacy operations and patient care while completing a post-graduate training roadmap to prepare for a Pharmacist role.
What you'll do
- Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
- Support pharmacist-supervised counseling, prescription clarification, immunizations, and other patient health services where permitted.
- Complete training and assist with pharmacy operations, inventory, compliance, and team development.

- PharmD graduate of a U.S.-accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
- Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
- Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of related experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
