Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, following pharmacy workflows and procedures.
• Support patient care through service, counseling and medical questions under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision, and health services such as immunizations where permitted.
• Complete pharmacy training and support operations, including inventory, team development, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S.-accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe required by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and meet regular, predictable attendance requirements, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Ability to become immunization certified; proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$24.25 - $42.00 (currency and whether base salary or total pay not stated)
