Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
• Support patient care under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision, including counseling, handling prescription questions, and providing immunizations or other services where permitted and trained.
• Complete a post-graduate training roadmap and assist with pharmacy operations, inventory, compliance, and team development.

What they ask for

• Graduate with a PharmD from a U.S.-accredited program before beginning the CVS Health Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification, ability to work across market locations, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$24.25 - $42.00 (base salary)
