A Graduate Pharmacy Intern applies pharmacy-school learning in a retail pharmacy, completes post-graduate training, and supports safe prescription fulfillment, patient care, and pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
What you'll do
- Assist with prescription workflow and provide caring patient service, including counseling and handling patient questions under a licensed pharmacist’s direct supervision.
- Complete a training roadmap covering patient safety, quality assurance, and store, district, and regional operations.
- Support pharmacy operations, including inventory, immunizations and other health services where legally permitted and properly trained.

- Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-guideline timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
- Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
- Complete required training within the designated timeframe and meet attendance requirements, including nights and weekends.
Nice to have
- 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
- Immunization certification; ability to work across market locations; or proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
