Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and provide caring service to patients under pharmacist supervision.
• Support patient care, including counseling and immunizations where permitted and appropriately trained; assist with prescription questions and patient concerns.
• Complete pharmacy training and operational tasks such as inventory activities while complying with applicable laws, standards, and company policies.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-guideline timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification; ability to work across market locations; or proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; basis not stated)
