Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately; follow pharmacy workflows and standard operating procedures.
• Support patient care through service, counseling and medical-history questions under pharmacist supervision, and additional health services where permitted.
• Complete training in pharmacy operations, patient safety, quality assurance, and professional standards; take on greater operational responsibilities as readiness increases.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S.-accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training on time.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$32.50 - $32.50 (base salary)
