Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and standard operating procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
• Under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision, assist with counseling, patient questions, prescription clarification, and health services such as immunizations where permitted.
• Complete the training roadmap and support pharmacy operations, including inventory, team communication, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and meet regular, predictable attendance requirements, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification capability, flexibility to work across market locations, or proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$24.25 - $42.00 (base salary; pay range)
