Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately; assist with pharmacy workflow and inventory.
• Provide patient service and, under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision, assist with counseling, medical questions, prescriptions, and health services such as immunizations where permitted.
• Complete the training roadmap and comply with applicable laws, pharmacy standards, and company procedures.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S.-accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe set by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training on time.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification ability; ability to work across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (base salary)
