Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
• Under licensed pharmacist supervision, assist with counseling, medical questions, prescription clarification, immunizations, and other health services where permitted.
• Complete a post-graduate training roadmap and support pharmacy operations, including inventory and team coaching as readiness increases.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency; ability to become immunization certified and work across market locations are also preferred.

Pay

$25.00 - $42.00 (currency and whether base salary or total pay not stated)
