Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and provide caring service to patients under pharmacist supervision.
• Support patient counseling, prescription clarification, immunizations and other health services where permitted and appropriately trained.
• Assist with pharmacy operations, inventory, team development, and compliance with applicable laws and CVS policies.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S.-accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe and maintain regular, predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification potential, flexibility to work across market locations, or proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; compensation type not specified)
