Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and provide caring service to patients.
• Under pharmacist supervision, assist with counseling, medical questions, prescription clarification, and patient health services such as immunizations where permitted.
• Complete pharmacy training and support inventory, team development, and pharmacy operations as responsibilities increase.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the timeframe required by state guidelines; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe; maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification; ability to work at the home store and across market locations; proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (base salary)
