Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and provide caring patient service under pharmacist supervision.
• Support patient care services such as counseling, immunizations, and point-of-care testing where permitted and appropriately trained.
• Assist with pharmacy inventory and team operations, and complete the training roadmap within 120 days of graduation.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends; ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
