Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy workflows and procedures, and provide caring patient service under pharmacist supervision.
• Support patient care services, including counseling, immunizations, and point-of-care testing where allowed and appropriately trained.
• Assist with pharmacy operations such as inventory, compliance, and coaching pharmacy team members as readiness increases.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the CVS Health Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe; regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to become immunization certified; proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (currency and whether base salary or total pay not stated)
