Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely, and accurately, following pharmacy workflows and procedures.
• Provide patient service and, under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision, assist with counseling, medical questions, and prescription clarification where allowed by state regulation.
• Support pharmacy operations, including inventory activities and health services such as immunizations where legally permitted and appropriately trained.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation of employment.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Pay

$25.25 - $42.00 (currency and whether base salary or total pay not stated)
