Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help fill prescriptions safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and support smooth pharmacy operations.
• Assist patients with service and counseling under a licensed pharmacist’s supervision; support immunizations and other health services where permitted and trained.
• Complete training and operational tasks, including inventory activities, compliance, and coaching or mentoring pharmacy team members as readiness increases.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning the post-graduate training program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; failure to obtain it within 120 days of graduation results in separation.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends, and ability to complete required training on time.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Microsoft Suite proficiency; ability to become immunization certified and work across market locations are also preferred.

Pay

$23.75 - $42.00 (pay range; currency not stated)
