Pharmacy Intern - Grad

What you'll do

• Help ensure prescriptions are filled safely and accurately, follow pharmacy procedures, and provide caring patient service under pharmacist supervision.
• Support patient care activities, including counseling, prescription clarification, immunizations, and other services where allowed by law and training.
• Complete a training roadmap and assist with pharmacy operations, inventory, compliance, and team development as readiness increases.

What they ask for

• PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program before beginning CVS Health’s Post-Graduate Training Program.
• Ability to obtain required pharmacist licensure within the state-required timeframe; licensure must be obtained within 120 days of graduation.
• Possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of related work experience in pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service.
• Immunization certification, ability to work at other market locations, or proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
