- Manage, coach, and develop pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Oversee dispensing, counseling, immunizations, inventory, workflow, and compliance with applicable laws and safety procedures.
- Improve patient experience and pharmacy performance through reporting, action plans, and clinical care services where permissible.
