Leads a retail pharmacy team to provide safe, compliant dispensing and counseling, immunizations, and other patient care while managing pharmacy operations and performance.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach, schedule, and develop pharmacy staff, including onboarding and performance management.
- Oversee prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, inventory, workflow, and compliance with applicable laws and safety procedures.
- Review operational performance, address gaps, and collaborate with the Store Manager and healthcare teams to support patient care.
