What you'll do
- Lead, coach, schedule, and develop pharmacy staff while overseeing prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, and patient experience.
- Maintain safe, accurate, and compliant pharmacy operations, including inventory, training, and adherence to applicable laws and procedures.
- Complete the District Leader Emerging Leader program, leadership development activities, and assignments preparing for multi-unit leadership.
What they ask for
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located and active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
- 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Manager.
- Graduate of DevelopU for Leaders and/or FFL in 2022 or later; Standard Performer or higher and not on a Level 3 or active IAP within the last 6 months.
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting; previous experience in multi-unit leadership.
- Completion of the Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader (PMEL) program.
Pay
$65.00 - $85.00 USD base hourly rate
