Leads a retail pharmacy team to provide safe, compliant dispensing and patient care, while managing operations, performance, training, and pharmacy staff.
What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and development.
- Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, service performance, and operational improvement plans.
