What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and development.
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, inventory practices, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review pharmacy performance and operational reporting, develop action plans, and foster a safe, inclusive team culture.
