About the job
Leads a retail pharmacy team and oversees safe, compliant dispensing, patient care, immunizations, training, and pharmacy operations.
What you'll do
- Coach and manage pharmacy staff, including onboarding, performance reviews, scheduling, and team development.
- Oversee prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, inventory, patient service, and compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Review pharmacy performance and operations, develop action plans, and partner with the Store Manager on staffing and talent needs.
