What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and development.
- Ensure accurate dispensing, counseling, immunizations, inventory practices, and compliance with pharmacy laws and safety procedures.
- Review operational performance, address service and workflow gaps, and support patient care services where permitted.
