What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and training.
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, inventory practices, and compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Improve pharmacy operations and patient outcomes through performance reviews, action plans, and clinical services where permissible.
