What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and development.
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, inventory practices, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review operational reporting, address performance gaps, and support patient access to clinical services.
