What you'll do
- Coach and manage pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
- Oversee dispensing, counseling, immunizations, inventory, patient service, and compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Review operational reporting, address performance gaps, and collaborate with the Store Manager on staffing and business needs.
