- Lead and direct pharmacists and pharmacy technicians while managing pharmacy operations, including safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory, and workflow.
- Adopt and manage patient care programs to support healthy outcomes for customers and patients.
- Develop pharmacy staff and implement solutions to improve performance and achieve business goals.
