What you'll do
- Manage, coach, schedule, and develop pharmacy staff, including onboarding and performance reviews.
- Oversee prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, inventory, workflow, and compliance with applicable laws and safety procedures.
- Review operational performance, address gaps, and collaborate with patients’ healthcare teams and store leadership.
