What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop pharmacy staff, including onboarding, performance reviews, scheduling, and training.
- Oversee safe and accurate dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, inventory, and compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Review operational performance and implement action plans to improve workflow, service, patient care, and compliance.
