What you'll do
- Oversee dispensing, counseling, immunizations, clinical services, inventory, and compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Coach, onboard, schedule, and evaluate pharmacy staff while maintaining a safe, inclusive team environment.
- Review operational reports and develop action plans to improve workflow, service, patient care, and compliance.
