What you'll do
- Coach and manage pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
- Oversee dispensing, counseling, immunizations, inventory, and clinical services while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Review operational performance, address gaps, and partner with the Store Manager on staffing and team development.
