Leads a retail pharmacy team to provide safe, compliant dispensing and patient care while managing operations, performance, training, and scheduling.
What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, performance management, scheduling, and workflow oversight.
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, inventory practices, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review operational reporting and develop action plans to improve workflow, service, patient care, and compliance.
