What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, inventory practices, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Review operational performance and develop action plans to improve workflow, service, patient care, and compliance.
