What you'll do
- Coach and manage pharmacy colleagues, including onboarding, performance reviews, scheduling, and team development.
- Oversee prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, inventory, patient service, and compliance with applicable laws and safety procedures.
- Review operational reporting and develop action plans to improve workflow, service, patient care, and compliance.
