Leads a retail pharmacy team to provide safe, compliant dispensing and patient care while managing operations, performance, training, and service quality.
What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and development.
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, inventory management, and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Review operational performance and patient-care needs, and develop action plans to address gaps.
