What you'll do
- Coach and manage pharmacy staff, including onboarding, performance reviews, scheduling, and training.
- Oversee dispensing, counseling, immunizations, inventory, patient service, and compliance with pharmacy laws and procedures.
- Review operational performance and develop action plans to address service, workflow, patient-care, and compliance gaps.
