What you'll do
- Coach, develop, schedule, and manage pharmacy team members, including onboarding and performance reviews.
- Oversee safe prescription fulfillment, counseling, immunizations, inventory, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review operational performance and patient-care outcomes, address gaps, and support clinical services where permitted.
