What you'll do
- Manage, coach, and develop pharmacy staff, including onboarding, performance reviews, scheduling, and training.
- Oversee dispensing, counseling, immunizations, inventory, workflow, and compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety procedures.
- Improve patient experience and pharmacy performance by resolving care or insurance issues, reviewing business reports, and developing action plans.
