Leads a retail pharmacy team to provide safe, compliant prescription services, immunizations, and clinical care while managing staff, operations, and patient experience.
What you'll do
- Coach and oversee pharmacy staff, including onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company procedures.
- Improve patient care and pharmacy performance through counseling, immunizations, clinical services, inventory management, and operational action plans.

- 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Pay
