What you'll do
- Coach, develop, schedule, and evaluate pharmacy team members, including onboarding and training.
- Oversee prescription fulfillment, inventory, workflow, and compliance with pharmacy laws and safety procedures.
- Support patient care through counseling, immunizations, issue resolution, and pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permitted.
