Leads a retail pharmacy team to deliver safe, compliant dispensing and patient care, while managing team performance, training, inventory, and pharmacy operations.
What you'll do
- Coach and oversee the pharmacy team, including onboarding, scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
- Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, and compliance with pharmacy laws and procedures.
- Manage pharmacy workflow, inventory, performance reporting, and patient service improvements.
