About the job
Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping safely and accurately fulfill prescriptions, assist patients, and maintain pharmacy workflows.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy procedures and support prescription fulfillment across production, pickup, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows.
- Provide caring patient service, resolve or escalate concerns, and assist with health services such as immunizations where permitted and appropriately trained.
- Perform permitted inventory tasks and comply with pharmacy laws, safety requirements, and patient privacy policies.
