Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping fulfill prescriptions safely and accurately, assisting patients, and contributing to pharmacy services and inventory tasks.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs to support accurate prescription fulfillment and safe pharmacy operations.
- Assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and by phone; resolve or escalate issues and support eligible health services, including immunizations where permitted.
- Complete basic inventory tasks and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and patient privacy requirements.
