Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping fill prescriptions safely and accurately, serving patients, and maintaining inventory.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs to support prompt, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment.
- Assist patients at pickup, drive-through, and by phone; answer concerns or escalate them as appropriate.
- Perform permitted inventory tasks and, where authorized and trained, support immunizations and other patient health services.
