About the job
Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping fill prescriptions safely and accurately, assisting patients, and contributing to inventory and other pharmacy services.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and procedures to support safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and smooth operations.
- Assist patients with empathy, service questions, and problem resolution; escalate issues when needed.
- Perform permitted inventory activities and, where trained and legally allowed, support immunizations and other patient care services.
