Supports retail pharmacy operations by helping fill prescriptions safely and accurately, assisting patients, and contributing to inventory and other health services.
What you'll do
- Follow pharmacy workflows and SOPs to support accurate prescription fulfillment and safe operations.
- Assist patients in person, at drive-thru, and by phone; resolve or escalate concerns and support eligible health services, including immunizations where permitted.
- Complete basic inventory tasks and comply with applicable pharmacy laws, policies, and patient privacy requirements.
